   OK but you shouldn't have to do that, as WinPoint should have created all the   
   root directories automatically during the installation. Here's what my

   In all honesty, I don't know but it could have something to do wiith it.   
      
   You *do* know that WinPoint stores its configuration data in the registry?   
   "HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\New.Vision.Software\Winpoint"   
   Perhaps it may be an idea to have a look in there to see if there are any   
   clues?
