   Nope, they're purely cosmetic settings for the imported areas list.   
      
   Beschreibung/Anfangspalte = start column of the area description.   
   Areaname/Anfangspalte = start column of the area tag.   
      
   I'm not sure what the other one is supposed to do but a literal translation   
   would be "Area description/Relative line" or possibly "Area description/Line   
   offset".
