   If the file arrived in a file area along with a .tic in your inbound you can   
   use a file processor (like allfix or similar) to put the file in a file area.   
      
   If you do a file request to another node via your mailer the file (if found)   
   will be in your inbound and you will have to import it into your filebase   
   manually if you want it in your filebase.
