   I used to use the one built-in Winpoint.  Load Winpoint, press     
   F9.   
      
   But I can appreciate your requirement for a single function     
   tool. In Winpoint the "trouble" is to manually configure the     
   nodelist and the pointlists, and do a "compile".  With a     
   standalone program, hopefully you can just steer the program     
   to a dedicated directory where the lists and their updates are     
   parked.   
      
   I wanted to scrutinize the nodelist *while* I was in the     
   middle of an edit using OXP.  Winpoint helped in that regard.
