   Thomas..  A little tweak might be required here.   
      
   The system failed to find an echo/area (apparently I was still referring to an   
   old list) but it still CREATED the area in my account.   
      
   Maybe make sure that the creation is cancelled if a matching area is nolonger   
   available?
