At the moment yes but I've never had any problems with my Linux install
whether the feature is enabled or not.

That could be a possibility because OpenXP writes an empty message in the
messagebase every time a new file has been processed in a file echo .....

So, casting your mind back to the time when you said that you'd had some
sort of messagebase corruption, maybe one of your messagebase files is
still corrupted and maybe OpenXP is trying to write to that messagebase
   file but can't.

AA> I *do* have a lowercase "/nodelist" directory, but I had created that
    AA> myself.

   That shouldn't be a problem.

AA> Could it be that the program expects to operate in C: drive? My OXP is
AA> configured in my H: partition.

   Nope.

AA> I'll try one more week with the TIC feature disabled. If that goes
AA> smoothly, I will enable it.

Looking forward to the next thrilling installment :-)

   Regards,
   Martin
