   Yes, the ZC of each zone creates a nodelist for their zone. The only difference   
    is that each zone lists their zone first making nodelist lookups faster.   
   That's not an issue today.. but it was at one time.. :)

   I'll see if I can find some Z3 and Z4 nodelists and diffs and get a good answer
