   I've finally figured out what was causing the "missing" first line of every   
   message and the garbage under the origin line issues. It would appear that   
   SemPoint expects 8.3 messagebase filenames and more importantly, the "8" part   
   of the filename MUST be in UPPERCASE, although it doesn't seem to matter what   
   case the file extension is.   
      
   I've tried this with CrashMail and the line in the config file that makes all   
   the difference is this one:   
      
   ---------- 8< ----------   
   AREA "DEFAULT_F" 2:310/31.3 JAM "c:\\users\\martin\\mailer\\msgbase\\%a"   
   ---------- 8< ----------   
   The "%a" at the end of the line tells CrashMail to create new areas in   
   UPPERCASE, which results in this new area:   
      
   ---------- 8< ----------   
   AREA "POINTS" 2:310/31.3 JAM "c:\\users\\martin\\mailer\\msgbase\\POINTS"   
   ---------- 8< ---------
