   i think some stuff has been ported... i recall one of the guys involved   
   offering to help others do some porting if it was desired...

   hahehehehe... i was kinda waving to you from the other side of the MP server   
   discussion on the FG Dev mailing list where the connections of the fidonet   
   backbones were mentioned and it was suggested that the MP servers could   
   connect in a similar manner to prevent SPoF as has been seen several times in   
   the last couple of years ;) O:)
