   You could get yourself a point and do it that way. A point software has a   
   mailer and message reader so you basically do what a BBS does (toss & scan   
   messages) without a BBS.   
      
   QWK is simpler. You can use any QWK reader.   
      
   WinPoint might be a good place to start, you can grab it from..

   That just means they transfer mail and files using ftp instead of a mailer.
