   I have noticed this behaviour with my (usb) kvm when I switch back to OS2.
   FWIW I'm using a startech KVM - had good luck with them and they usually
   include the cables, while some other brands make you buy them extra.

   Anyone who has one, please share the make and model with me. Perhaps I can
   still find a local vendor who carries the mouse.

   I'm currently using with the usb kvm one of my old faithful real IBM ps2
   keyboards, but the rodent (actually a logitech magic marble trackball; I hate
   mice!) is USB. However, when I had a PS2 kvm, I think the usb Tball worked OK
   with the little passive USB to PS2 adapter that came with mice for a number of
   years.  Don't remember if there was a delay on switching back to os2 or not;
   don't think so.

   If you are stuck, I could probably pry a spare usb in - ps2 out adapter loose
   for the shipping cost (should be cheap). contact me off line if needed.
