   Hallo,   
      
   for those who have a USB2.0 mouse or keyboard, can you please report back if    
   you can run that mouse on a USB 2.0 port (NOT a USB 1.x port) ?   
      
   To find out if you have a USB 2.0 mouse/keyboard:   
      
   eCS 2.0/2.1 : Programs->Utilities->USBDock, select the mouse/keyboard device    
   (should be fairly apparent from the devices name), right click on device ->    
   "show report"-> <<< Device Description >>> should contain "USB Rev: 200".   
      
   eCS 1.2: it's about the same but the tool to use is USBRESMGR.
