   Try downloading and running    
   http://hobbes.nmsu.edu/download/pub/os2/util/misc/pci104vka.zip (there    
   is also an updated database for this but the file name slips my memory)    
   and pay close attention to which IRQ your sound card and video card are    
   using and whether anything else is also using the same IRQ.   
   I personally currently have a conflict between my sound card and SATA    
   card which causes quite a few apps that are dependent on MMOS2 to not    
   run or in the case of SeaMonkey, attempting to run a webm video just    
   doesn't work. (freezes without playing)
