   It kept getting put on the back burner.  Sorry about that, but I just    
   moderate the VOICE News List.  I haveno control over the news system    
   or the servers.  I will send out some more emails asking what we need    
   to do next to activate the gateway between the news system and    
   c.o.o.a.
