   I used 2.11 until I was pretty much forced to Warp Connect (Warp 3) by the    
   lack of networking in 2.11. The move from Warp 3 to Warp 4 was basically a    
   business decision as my major contracts were using Warp 4 but with the    
   latest fixpaks taht was not a really big change in usability.   
      
   I would interject that VACCP 3 was probably the best development platform I    
   have used once they got the debugger straightened out but I was never    
   comfortable with VisualAge 4 - they never got that solid enough to suit me.    
   If you do database interface and/or WPS development, VACPP 3 is hard to    
   beat.
