   Warp 4 with the fixpacs gets my vote, but getting them applied is a    
   bear.  eComStation (eCS) is Warp 4.5 with fixpacs and drivers for modern    
   hardware, so is probably your bet choice.  Unlike 'doze, versions of    
   OS/2 are largely compatible, so the same compilers, debuggers, and    
   development tools are mostly available for either flavor.  I don't think    
   you'll find many here who disagree about you on windows.
