   Is your OS/2 virtual machine set up with the drivers to use a CD-ROM? Did you    
   define a virtual CD drive in the VirtualBox settings for that VM? When you   
   click   
   on that item in the menu, it should attach the VB guest additions CD iso and   
   it    
   will appear to be in the virtual CD drive on the machine.
