   It's a Windows tool intended to sucker money out of Windows users who    
   have not read Microsoft KnowledgeBase article Q177665.  Since the    
   scammers don't really care about that, the fact that they don't care    
   about multi-posting into an OS/2 newsgroup (and a newsgroup about    
   newsreaders) is almost secondary.  Note that the person who is trying to    
   sell this old rope to the world picks a different name for every round    
   of mass-postings, too.
