   I just pulled the code from svn, unfortunately there are no bldlevel    
   strings so at first I didn't realize this but the trunk built 0.9.11.    
   I don't see a 0.9.14 tag, what do I need to pull for 0.9.14?   
   Chkdsk shows (UFAT32.DLL version 0.9.11 compiled on Apr 05 2011) is    
   how I determined the build level.
