   Right, it isn't. There sure is a GA-gap between Warp 4 (at best FP9,    
   but FP5 is more common) and eCS. Anything in that gap doesn't qualify    
   as a standard, and perhaps shouldn't be printed on a box as a    
   requirement. Requiring v4.5 may be techically true, but that doesn't
