   If you run the migration wizard (under Help) you'll see that it has been    
   replaced by an extension, compact headers, which works quite well but    
   unluckily is incompatible with this version.   
   BTW Rich, I see bleed through in the lower right corner of the migration    
   assistant which was also there in at least the last version.
