   Sorry to report usbohcd.sys still causes boot to fail here - with    
   "USBMOUSE.SYS: USB MOUSE driver v.1.2 loaded" showing onscreen.   
      
   The next line on a successful boot would show usbresmgr.sys loaded.   
      
   Swapping usbohcd.sys for the IBM build results in a successful boot.
