   Hi Seymour,   
      
   As soon as any *writing* is done to a UDF formatted disc, in OS/2-eCS,   
   the disc is hardware locked, thus it is necessary to unlock it (fully   
   qualified unlock.exe from UDF package!) in order to "finalize" the   
   disc table of contents. It can then be ejected!
