In theory there should be no warnings.
In practice, the Mozilla people have decided on a rapid release schedule
and part of this is just removing errors and removing most warnings but
if a warning is considered harmless it may be ignored in the interest of
   getting out the latest.
Also some of these warnings may be OS/2 specific, in which case
apologies but there are 3 of us doing the work of 10 in our spare time.
Once again, if it builds and our testing doesn't show any major issues
then we release. It's rather that or never release because we don't have
   the resources to fix everything.
Some of these warnings may also be caused by having your profile in
tree. This is probably rare now a days as all the common supported
systems automatically have a preferred spot for the profile. There
profile is probably not virginal either so if a manifest is not
installed, then the previous installed one works good enough.
Anyways, it's a balance between getting out a release or taking forever
   to get it perfect.
