Did the drivers work ok before the last 4 drops or so with OS2APIC.PSD ?
Do the original 10.162 drivers work ok with OS2APIC.PSD ?
   Try variations of USBUHCD.SYS / USBEHCD.SYS of 10.162/my drivers
and report back so that I know if the problem is with USBUHCD.SYS or
   USBEHCD.SYS.

You should also experiment with the various parameters of OS2APIC.PSD.
I am using OS2APIC.PSD on my test machine so in general it should work ok.
But your MP tables (and therefore APIC setup) might cause problems.
