   I would guess that usbohcd.sys was the cause of your system failing to    
   boot when using the usbhcd11 build.   
      
   Builds 8 through 11 inclusive failed to boot here with the problem    
   resolved by reinstalling the IBM usbohcd.sys driver.   
      
   However, using usbhcd12 drivers the system is booting fine and working    
   with the only usb1 device I have - a trackball.
