My system has an nVidia nForce430 chipset with 1 EHCI and 1 OHCI controller.

Im using psd=acpi.psd /smp /pic and have no problems booting. The system
seems happy using this build of your usb controller drivers; no problems
using usb2.0 drives or usb1.x mouse.

I'll try psd=acpi.psd /smp /apic at some point in the future but doubt
that your build of the usb controller drivers will compensate for the
shortcomings of the acpi driver so expect the system to hang on boot.

   Regards
