   this sounds a bit like you shut down the machine while those were running at   
   some point.   
      
   try setting:   
      
   SET RESTARTOBJECTS=STARTUPFOLDERSONLY,REBOOTONLY   
      
   in config.sys?   
      
   this will also get rid of Warp trying to bring back random folders or command   
   prompts you happened to have running when you shut down
