Do you feel that then that much of Bush's debt actually belongs to some
of Clinton's fiscal policies? After all, Clinton wanted 8 million new
homeowners during his administration so he pushed and signed the final
deregulation act, Gramm-Leach-Bliley in a rose garden ceremony in 1999.
Bush thought that was good so he pushed for 5.5 million more new
homeowners. Between their push and greed in the housing and finance
inducstries, they convinced Joe Newhomeowner that with an adjustable rate
mortgage he could afford that $400K dreamhome on his $60K annual salary.

   > *surplus*,

No, he wasn't. He was handed a "budget projection" that would have held
true if the things it was projected on had come true. I grant you that
it didn't have two wars ($1T) in it, a taxcut ($5.129T over 10 years) and
Medicare Part D in it. Now, Obama is continuing the War in Afghanistan,
got the troops out of Iraq on Bush's schedule, and extended those
taxcuts, plus adding another 2% taxcut from the payroll tax.

Clinton had a **budget** surplus his last two years but not an overall
one. The debt continued to rise.

which he managed to turn into an 11-trillion-dollar deficit
   > in a mere 8 years,

Excuse me, but when Bush took office the national debt left to him by
Clinton was $5.7T (01/20/01). When Obama took office (01/20/09) it was
$10.6T. The difference is $4.9T not $11T. Did you flunk basic math or
   history?

with 2 unfunded wars, a huge tax cut, and a

See above. At least you got those things right.

That stimulus requirement changes from it was OK to 66% depending on who
is talking about it. Most estimates say that if it was too small, the
difference should have been about 30% - Paul Krugman.

Have you sent in more money than what the law and the IRS requires? If
not, you are as guilty as Romney.

Much of it is. Just like not all of what you hear on CNN is the truth
and virtually little of what you hear on MSNBC is.
