   I tried printing on my Brother HL-5040 (PCL5/6) with Laserjet driver   
   and can confirm that it prints fine when output resolution is set   
   manually to 300dpi. Text and natively supported images are OK.   
      
   Plugin output still seems to be missing but that's probably a   
   different story ;)
