     This CPPRRT36.MSG is apparently a file of user messages produced by    
   some C++ compiler run-time (RT), and ZIP wants to get a message out of   
   it, but the OS/2 system can't find the file and issues a SYS318    
   message.    
      
     I googled, but could not find a site to download the file from.    
      
     Any hints from anybody?    
      
     You may also mail it directly, but then maybe contact me first so    
   that I am not drowned in a huge number of such files...
