   Next you'll be telling us that you don't know what you meant when you    
   yourself wrote "things", the clear antecedent of the pronoun "they".

   Well you are missing the fairly basic point that if it isn't    
   implemented, it doesn't exist and cannot be used. Whereas if someone    
   implements it, it does exist and can be used.
