   In addition to what is requested in "readme.txt":   
   You can also try usbxhd6.zip. It's still on Hobbes. Let me know if it makes a   
   difference.   
   Also: as a test, try without usbehcd.sys in place. It will of course slow down   
   USB 2.0 devices but it'll make it easier to isolate the error.   
   USBEHCD.SYS seems to have problems on USB handover (from legacy) to the OS/2   
   drivers.   
   I am currently working on this issue but it hasn't made it into usbxhcd7.zip.
