   You might want to try reversing the order of the above controller drivers.

   Are you booting with the flash drive attached? - not recommended.

   Happens with some sticks - the important bit seems to be that the drive    
   disappears from the Drives folder.

   But you are not using USBMSD.ADD... Could these be CWUSBMSD errors?
