   Are you the one that uploaded the ZIP files without any corresponding    
   TXT files?  It looked like the maintainer removed them, without even

   There is a README.TEMPLATE in /pub/incoming that you are expected to    
   use; you'll notice other files there are foobar.zip and foobar.txt.
