   My Intel board with Intel BIOS has an ICH10 and offers no USB options   
   beyond enable/disable all ports and enable/disable legacy support.   
      
   BTW... using usbxhcd5 (and possibly previous versions), my USB keyboard   
   is non-functional after a system shutdown, making it impossible to   
   reboot using C-A-D.  Is this "just the way it is" or can this be fixed?
