I've got an old T43p (2669H2U) that I've installed eCS V2.0 GA on. Now the
strange thing is that it seems to randomly power off after sitting idle for a
while. It has run as long as days or as short as 15 minutes before it doing
it. It will be running along fine and just turn it self off. This is not a
shutdown or trap. I sat and watched it once just to see how it behaves and it
just turned it self off, screen went blank and the power/activity lights just
went dark, just as if I had pulled the battery out. Push the power button and
it comes right back on, re-booting of course, along with a chkdsk of any HPFS
   formatted partitions.

Now the funny thing is that this machine runs XP just fine with out
exhibiting the same issue. I'm pretty clueless at the moment on how to
proceed trying to figure this out.

   Any ideas would be appreciated.

   TIA
