   Since you are using USBUHCD.SYS and USBEHCD.SYS:   
      
   1.) I am currently working on USBUHCD.SYS about the handover from legacy to   
   native support.   
    This seems to be the issue you are struggling with.   
    What type is the USB KVM switch ? Is it EHCI (USB 2.0) ?   
   2.) USBEHCD.SYS ia also in the works, just like USBOHCD.SYS.   
      
   It'll take until end of January until I have something new to present.
