   I tried this and got the same error with updated versions of USBEHCD.SYS.   
   Using the IBM version with Lars' USBUHCD.SYS, it worked. I then remmed-out   
   USBEHCD and restarted so it would have to go through USBUHCD. That failed   
   too, but at an earlier point.   
      
   With EHCD, Cam can configure the device at the USB level but its first   
   command to the camera using the PTP protocol fails. USBRESMG returns   
   an error code but it's undocumented (no surprise there). With UHCD,   
   Cam's attempt to set the USB configuration fails (it times out).   
      
   Other classes of USB 2.0 devices such as MSD and HID work OK, so the problem   
   may be in USBRESMG. Paul, can you test this using TAME?
