   Took me 2 minutes to find the same pattern as the original patch changed.   
   For this version of yours, I used this patchfile:   
      
   FILE USBEHCD2a.SYS   
   VER 4F34 FF76F2   
   CHA 4F34 6A0190   
      
   I assume you can find this place in your own sources.   
      
      
   2.) Because it increases IRQ load   
      
   Of course it increeses IRQ load, when it is faster - did you expect anything   
   else ?   
   Here, transfering a file, IRQ load with your driver is 0.5%   
   with the patch, it is 0.8% Hardly anything anyone would notice.   
   Read speed goes from 6.5 -> 10.5MB/s   
   Write speed goes from 5,4 -> 8,1MB/s with this patch   
      
   Maybe you can add a cmd line parameter, to set this.
