Is the camera USB 2.0 (in other words: is it served by USBECHD.SYS) ? It seems
   that most of the problems
   come from USBEHCD.SYS.

The reason is: the last available source in the DDK is apparently OLDER than
   what USBEHCD.SYS version 10.162 was
built from (yes, it's just a mess, you can tell from the sources that in the
   last days of OS/2 support,
IBM was not terribly interested in having all sources under proper SW config
   control).
This found found by examining the USBEHCD.SYS binary, the source does not
   exist or is not available.

Gregg Young has made an attempt to update the source to reflect USBEHCD.SYS
   version 10.162.
I will now go ahead and merge his changes into my version. Let's see ..
