   most probably because they do no longer want you as customer. At least    
   they don't care about.   
      
   Flash is from the security point of view the worst thing that ever    
   happened to the internet. It has been the topmost vulnerable software    
   used by malware for years. (Now Java came ahead.)   
      
   I would listen to this message of your bank very carefully. You might    
   seek for a more secure partner.
