   Not strange at all if you read the ReadMe.  :-)   
      
   Basically, just use Run! and you can make the problem go away.    
   Alternatively, you can take the DLLs in your newer version of Firefox    
   and copy them to the Dr. Message directory.  This is slightly riskier    
   because if I didn't release with those DLLs, I probably didn't test with    
   them.  But at the same time, I just use basic interfaces in those DLLs,    
   so it shouldn't matter.
