   Probably just an issue with using a daily. With a slightly different    
   version of SeaMonkey the scroll bar and page scroll smoothly with about    
   30% CPU usage here. Could also be video driver related, I'm using an AMD    
   Athlon 2400+ and Geforce graphics card with Snap.
