   This is just to let you know that I sent a reply to your latest message,    
   with a whole load of information and instructions.  But your ISP has    
   decided, in its "wisdom", to blacklist my entire ISP for some unknown    
   reason.  It bounced the mail.  Here's a very short version, for Usenet:    
   Download the new ZIP file, set up your DPATH to include the Data    
   directory supplied, don't forget to unpack the DLLs (just put the DLL    
   directory on your ENDLIBPATH or something), and look at the more
