   It's interesting to read this.  Many years ago, Microsoft was Evil in    
   many people's eyes because installing Windows would overwrite their boot    
   managers and prevent them from rebooting back into their old operating    
   systems; and Linux was One of the Good Guys because it didn't do this.    
   Nowadays, I observe that exactly the sort of things are said about modern    
   Linux distributions, about how they screw up prior boot arrangements and    
   suchlike, as used to be said about Microsoft Windows.   
      
   Well you can always have fun CHKVOLling your FAT32 volume, even if you    
   don't get to see what the result looks like in Linux.  (-:
