   Well you are lucky. I have tried two different drives formatted FAT32    
   and LVM sees them, at least they get a drive letter, but any attempt    
   to *do* anything gives a "incorrectly formatted" error. I have wiped    
   the drive with DFSEE and reformatted several times. My Ubuntu box is    
   quite happy with them.
