   It's possibly a SWP structure as returned by the WinQueryWindowPos()    
   call.  That would make these:

   SWP_NOAUTOCLOSE|SWP_MINIMIZE|SWP_DEACTIVATE|SWP_EXTSTATECHANGE .

   As I alluded before, what's probably happening is that the window is    
   actually being set to the required position and size, but the window    
   itself is altering the size request on the fly before it is acted upon.     
   Windows can do that.  It's the WM_ADJUSTWINDOWPOS message.
