   There's nothing you can do about it.  While there may be special code that   
   opens   
   the window in a designated position, the window manager restores it the same   
   way   
   it would for any other maximized window:  its upper-left corner is aligned with   
   the top left corner of the screen and the window is resized to its maximum   
   permitted   
   size.   
      
   You can demonstrate this with any other window:  maximize it, move it, minimize   
   it, then restore it.  It will always end up in the top-left corner, no matter   
   where it was when you minimized it.
