I have tried all 7 versions - and none of them can handle
the switch for my keyboard in SMP APIC mode.

If I remove ACPI driver, it works fine, and keyboard is OK,
   when Desktop comes up.

In SMP APIC mode, the keyboard turn completely off, when
all drivers have been loaded in config.sys .
When desktop is up, USBDOCK does not even show it is
   pluged in.
Pulling keyboard out, waiting a few secs, and putting it in again
   makes it work again.
